Indoor Cycling is a full-body fat-burning cardio workout, set to motivating music to create an experience only found at MAXFIT (Hand weights are optional!) Take a journey with us in one of our Indoor Cycling classes where we climb, job, sprint, and imagine places we've never been, allowing our minds to be free from the daily stresses. Enjoy a great mixture of steady steep climbing, downhill sprinting and flat road pedaling. Adrenaline pumping music and intense leadership will make this the "shortest" 45 minutes of your week! Light hand weights are used to tone and strengthen your upper body. We promise you will leave this class with a true sense of accomplishment!

Pure Indoor Cycling. This class is designed for people of all fitness levels. Be ready for 45 minutes of leg pumping, heart pounding, core strengthening, and calorie burning excitement.
